WHO/WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

We are looking for a focused, driven CREATIVE OR ADMIN Virtual Assistants with 2-5 years of experience in Customer Service, Graphic Design, Digital Marketing, Social Media or Admin support.

CREATIVE VA

The ideal candidate stays on top of digital marketing trends, has experience with creating and managing social media content, calendars, WordPress / website editing, newsletter & social media management and possesses a unique blend of keen business knowledge, customer service and solid organisational skills. The best fit with our team is someone who is creative, precise, efficient, open to learning as well as shares our brand aesthetic and values.

ADMINISTRATIVE VA

The ideal candidate is someone who is highly organized and with incredible attention to detail. They are focused on ensuring clients are supported in the best way possible and are dedicated to fully contributing to their client’s businesses. As our team focuses on supporting entrepreneurs and real estate professionals, it’s also important that the candidate is proficient in certain programs such as : bookkeeping software, invoicing software, Docusign, Dropbox, Folio / Amitree, Stratus (MLS), Webforms, and other related software platforms.

WORK HOURS:

We are looking for part time (10+ hours) and to grow your position from there.

Exact work hours can vary and be flexible – depending on projects and your own schedule. Must be available between 9am – 5pm  EST weekly.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES CAN INCLUDE:

  • Social Media Management
  • Website updates (standard)
  • Copywriting & editing
  • Basic graphic design, marketing materials – Canva / Adobe
  • Client liaison and customer service
  • Consultation or intake screening
  • Technical support
  • Newsletter design and management
  • Community Management
  • E-book design & document prep and manuals 10 pages or less.
  • Online research
  • Basic Video editing
  • E-com product loading and order management
  • Admin & calendar management

NOT REQUIREMENTS, BUT WOULD BE A GREAT ASSET:

  • Proven experience and a track record of leading and managing successful online marketing campaigns including, but not limited to SEO/SEM, Listing optimization, launching new products, and generating reviews
  • Strong analytical and reporting skills including measuring the performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assessing goals (ROI and KPIs).
  • Strong Technical Capacity.

Note that prior full acceptance as a Bloom Virtual Assistant, you will undergo a paid 30 day training period with us to ensure you are fully equipped to service our clients.
